On March 24, 2026, Nail Khuramshin was appointed Deputy General Director – Head of NANOLEK’s Biomedical Complex. In this role, he will report directly to the company’s General Director, Evgeny Barinov.

Nail Khuramshin will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted product output, meeting production targets, and overseeing the complex’s strategic areas of operation, including the launch of new biopharmaceutical manufacturing capacities.

“The Nanolek Biomedical Complex has passed an important stage in its development. Under the leadership of Alexey Pavlov, a quality system aligned with high international standards was established at the site, and production of Russia’s first domestic HPV vaccine was successfully launched.

Today, we are moving on to the next stage of development — expanding capacities and implementing our infrastructure plans, including the creation of a second-stage full-cycle production facility for the HPV vaccine. To accomplish these objectives, we need a leader with relevant experience in managing large-scale manufacturing and construction projects. I am confident that Nail Khuramshin’s expertise will enable us to deliver on these tasks effectively,” said Evgeny Barinov, General Director of Nanolek.

Nail Filyuzovich Khuramshin graduated from the Academy of Labour and Social Relations in Moscow in 2011. In 2014, he joined Pharmstandard-UfaVITA OJSC, where he advanced from equipment repair mechanic to Director for Project Operations. He has experience in engineering and process support for manufacturing operations, management of production units, and leadership of workshops producing solid dosage forms and injectable drugs.

Alexey Pavlov, who previously headed the Biomedical Complex, will continue his professional career outside the company. Nanolek thanks Alexey Pavlov for his work and contribution to the development of the manufacturing site.
