Hunterase® Neuro

Indications

Used for the treatment of adults and children over 1 year of age with Hunter syndrome (mucopolysaccharidosis type II).
Prescribed for patients with MPS II who require improvement of central nervous system symptoms.

Dosage form

Vials, 1 mL.

Age restrictions

Children over 1 year of age and adults.

Dosage regimen

A single dose consists of 30 mg of idursulfase beta administered intracerebroventricularly once every 4 weeks.
